My goal is to support and empower the client's inner knowing and body wisdom as I gently guide them back to wholeness and health.
My Story
When I was a young girl, my father used to take me out in the woods to hunt with him. He taught that to see the animals and nature acting normally, one had to sit very still and blend in.
After 10 to 15 minutes the animals would resume whatever they were doing before you sat there. He also taught that God was in nature, in the trees, in the wind. Those special times with him created a comfort, a deep trust, and a firm foundation with the earth and the natural world. Great grandmother Josie would also take her great grandchildren out to the woods, and teach us the names of the wild flowers and plants.
As we are now standing firmly rooted in the WEST in the Northeast Woodland tradition wheel of the year, it is the time for rest and recharging.
It is the time to receive the healing energy and teachings of Mother Earth so that we may transmit this knowledge to our community and children. Bear teaches us how to restore adrenals and kidneys.
Grandmothers and Grandfathers of the West, you are autumn, you are dusk. You are the going within time. You are the time when we return to the warmth of our homes and loved ones. You are the harvest, the ancestors, and the give away. You are the time in our lives when we become more reasonable and how how we use energy in the world we create. We ask you to live strong in us and our lives to guide us so we may live in a balanced and good way.
Remember the importance of envisioning the world the way in which we intend to leave it to our children.

Reiki is a system of hands-on energy work based on the belief that focused touch by an experienced practitioner produces beneficial effects by strengthening and normalizing certain vital energy fields held to exist within the body.
Reiki reduces stress there by increasing immune function and overall health.

The shamanic practice known as soul retrieval is perhaps the most important healing technique in shamanism . Once the spiritual-energetic nature of an illness-causing intrusion has been addressed, the cause is still unresolved, namely the tears in the fabric of the sufferer's soul that allowed the intrusions to enter in the first place.
As long as these empty spaces remain unfilled, there is no guarantee that the intrusions will not reinvade given an opportunity to do so because those holes are like open invitations.

A power animal retrieval is a shamanic method used to connect us to helping spirits that show themselves in the form of an animal. These helping spirits can provide us, our family, our community and even an organization or country with power, protection and support.

In the extraction process the Shamanic healer , with the assistance of her helping spirits , scans and removes these energetic intrusions from the client's spirit and physical body. The removal is done with family and friends present or alone with the client . In a very loving and compassionate way , the intrusive energies are sent back to where they belong. The client is then infused with Reiki energy and healing power

Retreat for up to four days, with one-on-one ceremonies, as well as personal support and mentorship with Sierra.
Participants select healing modalities that support the intention and healing they desire. Includes massage, sound bath, yoga, soul retrieval, pattern release, ceremony, Kambo and other available options.

Courses

Shamanic Apprenticeship
Offered over two years of courses, in six month programs.
In year one, students will begin their shamanic work by developing a strong relationship to Earth, Helping Spirits, Power Animals, Elemental Teachers and Allies, and most importantly, Self. Students will gently lift programming and patterns to reveal the true nature and essence of Self. From this foundation, reality will be dreamed and co-created with Spirit. This will support the more extensive technical work that is learned in the second year.
In this second year, shamanic techniques are taught to be in service to the community. This is more hands-on work for serving clients. For those people who actively want to offer shamanic services to their community.
Now offered is a third year, a Shamanic Apprenticeship Teacher Training for those students who are actively involved in a shamanic practice who feel the call to, with integrity and great respect, share these teachings out into their community.See syllabus for detailed course outlines.

Reiki
Students learn the history of Reiki, ethical guidelines, and how to channel the healing energy focusing mainly on oneself.
Many people begin Reiki with the desire for self exploration, personal growth, and development.

Lightwork Integration Therapy
Learn energy work based on the chakra system and wheel of life. This course is taught over nine weeks, and brought by the angelic realm.
Wood Fired Sauna
Cedar Lined Sauna available for reservations.
Finnish wood fired stove heats rocks quickly for steam. Changing room attached allows for privacy.
There is plenty of room for 2-10 people, with two levels of cedar benches.

It is our intention to provide sanctuary in a safe, nurturing environment where people are held by the generous forest, the waterfall, and Cooper Brook, the ancestors, ceremony, and seasoned helpers as they navigate thresholds and transitions in body, mind, and/or spirit.
